The 6th International Conference on
Information Technologies:
(ITTAP-2026)
September 15-18, 2026
Amman, JORDAN
Countdown Expired!
Dear colleagues, our conference has long since surpassed the level of a workshop. Every year, more scientists from all over the world submit their scientific papers to our conference and wish to participate in it. Therefore, the Organizing and Program Committees for the Support of CEUR have decided to hold three independent workshops within the framework of our annual conference. Please note that separate technical secretaries have been appointed for each workshop.
The 6th International Conference on Information Technologies: Theoretical and Applied Problems (ITTAP 2026) will be held in a hybrid format from September 15 to 18, 2026, at the The University of Jordan.
This year, the Conference is co-organized by Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University (Ukraine), Opole University of Technology (Poland), Halmstad University (Sweden), The University of Jordan (Jordan), and American University Kyiv (Ukraine).
After the conference, the extended versions of the best papers of the conference are given the opportunity to be published in leading international journals of Q1-Q2 level. In particular, it is planned to organize a Special Issue «Computational Intelligence Applications in Pervasive Healthcare» in the International Scientific Journal IEEE Access (Impact Factor: 3.6, CiteScore 9.0).
Authors will also be invited to publish their scientific results in the Special Issue «Intelligent Healthcare Systems: Empowered by Data Science and Artificial Intelligence» in the International Scientific Journal Applied Sciences (Impact Factor: 2.5, CiteScore 6.1).
ІTTAP-2026 focuses on theoretical and practical (technical) problems of recent research and the work of international academics, scientists and practitioners related to intelligent information technology, signals and systems modeling, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence in medicine, and the application of information technology. This workshop provides opportunities to exchange new ideas establish business or research relationships and find global partners for future cooperation. We hope that the results of the workshop will make a significant contribution to the development of intelligent information technologies in Ukraine, Poland, USA, Sweden and Jordan.
Participation in the conference (remotely) and publication of reports (in the conference proceedings) are free of charge. In-person participation in the conference (in Amman, Jordan) includes travel, accommodation and meals at the participant’s expense. Publication of materials in a special issue of the journal (if the work is selected by the members of the program committee) is also paid.
The ITTAP 2026 Proceedings will be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication and are planned to be indexed in DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science.

All papers for participation in the conference and peer-reviewing should be submitted via Microsoft CMT:
https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ITTAP2026
We solicit submission of the original paper, not previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
Conference participants will need to have a CMT account before they try to submit their paper.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Authors are invited to submit either a regular paper (10–20 pages) or a short paper (5–9 pages) in English.
One author (or co-author) may submit a maximum of two papers, while members of the Program Committee and Organizing Committee may submit only one paper.
ITTAP uses the CEUR-ART (1-column) style for the conference proceedings. Your paper must be prepared according to the CEUR-ART template (pay attention to the template fonts!). Authors must provide meaningful affiliation data in the paper, including the author’s email address and ORCID (https://orcid.org) – see the footer (page 1). During the preparation and editing of the paper, it is forbidden to delete metadata links, hyperlinks, bookmarks, cross-references, and other embedded elements of the CEUR-WS template. In particular, hidden/metadata tags near the paper title, authors, affiliations, keywords, bibliographic references, and other structural elements of the document must not be removed or altered. These elements are used for correct formatting, navigation, indexing, and subsequent technical processing of the materials. Authors must edit only the content-bearing parts of the paper without disrupting the structure and embedded links of the template.
Submitting materials to our conference involves a three-step process.
If authors, for objective reasons, are unable to present online during the conference days, we recommend preparing a video presentation of the REPORT up to 5 minutes long (in English). In this case, a link to the video — which can be hosted on your Google Drive or YouTube channel — is required. All video presentations will be published on the conference YouTube channel.
We require an original paper that has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
An author’s agreement to publish the paper in open access on CEUR-WS.org is required (it can simply be filled out by hand by one co-author and scanned in high quality).
To receive reviewer feedback for preparing a camera-ready paper, you MUST strictly adhere to the following CEUR acceptance criteria:
The structure of the paper, as a rule, should include: Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Related Work; Proposed Methodology/Model/Approach; Results/Discussion; Conclusions; References.
The References section MUST NOT be excessively short or unnecessarily long; authors ARE REQUIRED to utilize international research findings. Authors MUST NOT rely solely on a narrow circle of references from their own institution or a limited number of organizations. Generally, self-citation MUST NOT exceed 20%. References should, preferably, be contemporary—NO OLDER than 5–8 years. A single cascade (group) citation must consist of no more than 3 sources.
The English language MUST be thoroughly proofread.
The paper MUST strictly follow the CEUR-WS.org formatting guidelines. Please pay special attention to the FONT SIZE AND STYLE used for the paper title, section/subsection headings, and figure and table captions. Please carefully verify the reference list formatting style.
All references must be presented in English. In cases of extreme necessity, references in other languages may be included with appropriate annotations, such as (in Ukrainian) or (in Polish), etc.
The quality of all figures must be very high to ensure proper reproduction in the CEUR publication. All illustrative figures must be provided with captions. All abbreviations must be defined upon first mention. The size of letters and numbers in formulas and formula fragments within the text must be consistent.
The title of the paper should not be excessively long (up to 13 words, including articles and prepositions such as THE, IN, FOR, etc.) and must accurately reflect the research results discussed in the paper. Please avoid using the same words twice in the paper title.
The number of authors must not exceed 5 co-authors.
Authors are required to make moderate revisions to their manuscript as recommended in the peer reviews. THE MANUSCRIPT BECOMES ACCEPTABLE FOR PUBLICATION ONLY IF THESE REVISION RECOMMENDATIONS ARE SUCCESSFULLY ADDRESSED AND IMPLEMENTED.
REGARDING THE POTENTIAL USE OF GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (GenAI) TOOLS:
Dear authors, please strictly adhere to the official requirements: https://ceur-ws.org/GenAI/Policy.html.
In accordance with the CEUR-WS Policy, any use of GenAI tools for drafting, paraphrasing, or grammar checking must be explicitly disclosed in a dedicated “Declaration on Generative AI” section within your manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as co-authors.
Dear colleagues, we kindly remind you of the necessity to strictly comply with the formatting requirements established by our publisher, CEUR. Papers formatted WITHOUT ADHERING TO THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED AT THE INITIAL SCREENING STAGE (DESK REJECT).
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by two scholars based on technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a third, additional reviewer will be involved. The International Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the workshop. The review results will be communicated to the submitting authors via email, along with the reviewers’ comments, if any.
Accepted papers presented at the workshop are to be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication.
